Are there any Virginia-specific or industry-specific considerations for F-1 STEM OPT sponsorship in medical devices?
Virginia medical devices employers subject to federal contracting requirements must be enrolled in E-Verify, which is also a mandatory condition for STEM OPT sponsorship under USCIS rules.
