Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rail services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Safety Assurance), overseeing the maintenance execution and suggesting optimizations, and much more. We’ll look to you for:
- Executing maintenance tasks, both corrective and planned, and reporting technical anomalies,
- Coordinating on-site troubleshooting and maintenance activities to support trainset availability,
- Serving as the liaison with Sub-system Engineers and ensuring effective communication,
- Overseeing site maintenance and Process Improvement (PI) activities, managing maintenance improvements,
- Reporting any safety hazards to the Safety Assurance Manager and addressing technical issues for resolution,
- Optimizing testability of equipment both on-train and off-train, in collaboration with internal and external teams,
- Acting as the technical reference for maintenance execution, troubleshooting, and documentation.

- Leadership skills to coordinate and manage on-site maintenance and troubleshooting teams,
- Strong communication and reporting skills,
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred),
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.
