SAFR Guard is looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated individual to help fuel our growing sales pipeline. This is not a passive role — we’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities where others have failed.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts, helping us connect with decision-makers across small and mid-sized retail organizations. You’ll combine investigative-style research, strategic outreach, and high-volume calling to identify key contacts, generate interest, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
We all know that outbound sales is challenging, and it’s not for everyone. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on competition, enjoys building relationships, and wants to develop a long-term career in technology sales. If you’re energized by goals, motivated by results, and excited to create opportunities through persistence and creativity, you’ll fit right in.
If you want to build a high-growth sales career, this is where it begins.
What you’ll do:
You will own outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Your mission, if you choose to accept it:
Identify and engage key decision-makers in retail sub-verticals.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the SAFR Guard Account Executives.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to drive pipeline growth and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Partner closely with Account Executives to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy.
Execute creative outbound campaigns designed to break into new accounts and spark customer conversations.
Maintain organized and accurate activity tracking within CRM and prospecting platforms.
* Consistently hit — and exceed — activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals.
What we are looking for:
1–3+ years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or prospecting experience.
Confidence making cold calls and engaging business decision-makers.
Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and performance goals.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
High resilience, self-motivation, and comfort handling rejection.
Experience with CRM and prospecting platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
* Experience in SaaS, AI, physical security, or technology industries is a plus.
Salary range for this position: $55,000 – 75,000 plus variable compensation (20-30% of Salary)

Which companies sponsor visas for business sales representatives in Washington?
Large technology and enterprise software companies in Washington are among the most consistent visa sponsors for business sales representatives. Microsoft and Amazon, both headquartered in the Seattle area, have active sales hiring programs and established immigration support teams. Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle also maintain significant Washington sales operations. Smaller B2B SaaS companies in the Seattle and Bellevue corridor sponsor less frequently but do file petitions for high-priority sales hires.
Which visa types are most common for business sales representative roles in Washington?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category used for business sales representative roles in Washington, provided the position requires a specialized bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline. Some roles qualify under the TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals, particularly those with business or economics degrees. The L-1B intracompany transferee visa is also used when candidates are transferring from a foreign affiliate of a Washington-based employer.
Which cities in Washington have the most business sales representative sponsorship jobs?
Seattle and Bellevue account for the largest share of business sales representative sponsorship opportunities in Washington, driven by the concentration of technology and enterprise software companies in the Puget Sound region. Redmond is also notable given Microsoft's headquarters presence there. Spokane represents a secondary market with activity in healthcare technology and regional B2B sales. Tacoma and Kirkland have smaller but growing pipelines tied to cloud services and SaaS expansion.
How to find business sales representative visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate is a job board built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship in the U.S., including business sales representative roles in Washington. You can filter directly by state and role to see employers with active sponsorship history. Because Washington's tech sector moves quickly, checking Migrate Mate regularly for new postings from Seattle and Bellevue employers gives you the most current view of which companies are actively hiring and sponsoring.
Are there any Washington-specific considerations for business sales representative visa sponsorship?
Washington has no state income tax, which affects how employers structure compensation packages for sales roles, often weighting base salary differently than in high-tax states. For H-1B petitions, employers must pay the prevailing wage as determined by the Department of Labor for the specific occupation and geographic area, meaning Seattle's prevailing wage benchmark is set for the Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma metro. Sales roles that include significant commission components still require the base salary to meet the prevailing wage threshold independently.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business sales representative jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
