Which companies sponsor visas for growth marketing managers in Washington?
Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia Group, Tableau, and Zillow are among Washington's most consistent sponsors of growth marketing roles. Larger Seattle-area tech companies tend to have established immigration programs that handle H-1B and other work visa petitions regularly. Mid-size SaaS and e-commerce firms in the region also sponsor, though their frequency varies by hiring cycle and headcount.
Which visa types are most common for growth marketing manager roles in Washington?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth marketing managers in Washington, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, meeting specialty occupation standards. L-1B transfers are an option for candidates already employed at a multinational with a U.S. presence. Australians may qualify for the E-3, which bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
Which cities in Washington have the most growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Seattle accounts for the large majority of growth marketing manager sponsorship activity in Washington, driven by its concentration of established tech companies and high-growth startups. Bellevue and Redmond are strong secondary markets, particularly for candidates targeting Microsoft and its ecosystem. Smaller pockets of activity exist in Kirkland and Bothell, but Seattle remains the primary hub by a significant margin.
How to find growth marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters growth marketing manager roles in Washington by verified visa sponsorship history. Rather than sorting through thousands of unfiltered postings, you can focus on employers who have previously sponsored work visas for this role type in the Seattle area and broader Washington state, saving considerable time during your search.
Are there any Washington-specific considerations for growth marketing managers seeking sponsorship?
Washington has no state income tax, which affects how employers structure compensation benchmarks under prevailing wage requirements for H-1B petitions. The Seattle metro's high cost of living means prevailing wage levels set by the Department of Labor are typically elevated compared to national averages. Many sponsors in Washington are large tech firms with in-house immigration counsel, which can streamline the petition process compared to smaller employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth marketing manager jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
