Which companies sponsor visas for growth marketing managers in North Carolina?
Technology and SaaS companies in the Research Triangle have the most consistent track record of sponsoring growth marketing managers. Red Hat, Pendo, Bandwidth, and Bronto Software have filed H-1B visa petitions for marketing roles in recent years. Charlotte-based fintech firms and enterprise software companies are also active sponsors. Your strongest targets are mid-to-large tech employers with dedicated HR and legal infrastructure to support international hires.
Which visa types are most common for growth marketing manager roles in North Carolina?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth marketing managers, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Australians may also pursue the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and faster processing. Canadians and Mexicans with qualifying degrees may be eligible for TN visa status. L-1 visa transfers are an option for those already employed by a multinational with a U.S. presence.
Which cities in North Carolina have the most growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Raleigh and Durham together form the Research Triangle, the state's primary hub for tech and SaaS hiring, accounting for the majority of growth marketing manager sponsorships. Chapel Hill's proximity to UNC creates a secondary pipeline of marketing talent and employer interest. Charlotte is the second major market, driven by fintech, banking technology, and retail brands with national marketing operations.
How to find growth marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in North Carolina?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, letting you search for growth marketing manager roles in North Carolina without sorting through employers who won't sponsor. The platform is built for international candidates, so listings are curated for sponsored positions. Focusing your search on Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte, where SaaS and fintech hiring is concentrated, will surface the most relevant opportunities for this role.
Are there any state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for growth marketing managers in North Carolina?
North Carolina's Research Triangle Park has one of the highest concentrations of H-1B-filing tech employers outside of major coastal metros, giving international candidates more options than comparable mid-sized states. UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, and NC State produce marketing graduates that employers are already familiar with hiring internationally. Employers filing H-1Bs must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the role and location, which is verified through the Labor Condition Application process before the petition is filed.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth marketing manager jobs in North Carolina?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
