Position Summary
Medivant Healthcare is entering a significant new stage of growth.
We have built a rapidly growing healthcare company with a strong position in sterile injectable pharmaceuticals and are now expanding into branded products across hormones, health & longevity, peptides and other differentiated therapies.
We are looking for a VP, Brand & Growth Marketing to build the next generation of Medivant's marketing organization.
This is not a traditional pharmaceutical marketing role.
We are looking for a consumer-minded brand builder who knows how to take differentiated products, create compelling brands around them, generate demand and translate significant marketing investment into measurable growth. The right person may come from consumer health, wellness, digital health, beauty, fitness, premium consumer products or another high-growth consumer category. Pharmaceutical experience is not required. What matters is having built brands and knowing how to make consumers care.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Build the overall brand and marketing strategy for Medivant's growing Health & Longevity portfolio.
- Develop distinctive positioning and brand identities for individual products and platforms.
- Create consumer demand through digital, social, content, creator/influencer, PR and broader media channels.
- Build and manage performance marketing programs with clear accountability for CAC, conversion, retention and return on marketing investment.
- Develop customer segmentation and messaging that translates product differentiation into compelling consumer benefits.
- Lead product launches from positioning through creative execution and customer acquisition.
- Build an integrated approach across brand marketing and performance marketing rather than treating them as separate disciplines.
- Own marketing analytics, testing and attribution and use data to continuously improve marketing investment.
- Lead website, digital experience, conversion optimization and lifecycle/CRM strategy.
- Select and manage creative, media, PR and other external agencies.
- Build the internal marketing organization as the business scales.
- Establish the long-term brand architecture across Medivant and its growing portfolio of product brands.
- Partner directly with the CEO, commercial leadership and other members of the executive team on growth strategy.
Required
- 18+ years of progressive marketing experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- Experience building or materially scaling a consumer-facing brand.
- Strong experience across both brand building and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on understanding of performance marketing, digital acquisition, social media, creative testing and conversion.
- Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets and making disciplined decisions about where incremental marketing dollars should be deployed.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, conversion and marketing effectiveness.
- Experience successfully launching new products or entering new categories.
- A track record of turning complicated product features into simple, powerful consumer propositions.
- Experience managing agencies as well as building internal teams.
- The ability to operate in a fast-moving entrepreneurial organization where the infrastructure is still being built.
Preferred
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, digital health, fitness, beauty, personal care or premium DTC brands.
Who will be successful Here
We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
You should be equally comfortable debating the positioning of a new national brand with the CEO and looking at acquisition data to understand why a particular campaign isn't converting.
You are likely someone who asks:
- Who exactly is our customer?
- Why should they care about this product?
- What makes our proposition meaningfully different?
- How do we turn that differentiation into a brand people remember and ask for?
- Which creative actually changes behavior?
- Where should we spend the next marketing dollar?
- How do we know it worked?
We want someone who is commercially driven, intellectually curious, creative, analytical and comfortable challenging conventional thinking.
Why Medivant
This is an opportunity to join a company at an unusual inflection point.
Medivant has already built substantial pharmaceutical manufacturing and commercial infrastructure. We are now creating new brands and entering categories where we believe there is significant opportunity to change how products are positioned, marketed and experienced by customers.
Rather than inheriting an established marketing organization, the VP, Brand & Growth Marketing will have the opportunity to build one.
You will help determine our brand strategy, build the team, shape the marketing investment and establish how several new product categories are brought to market. As these businesses scale, so will the scope of this role.
This position will be part of Medivant's senior leadership organization and will have significant exposure to the CEO and Board.
Location
Medivant is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
We are open to the right candidate being based elsewhere, but this is not intended to be a purely remote executive role. The person must be willing to spend meaningful time in Phoenix working directly with the leadership and commercial teams.
What We Are Not Looking For
We are not looking for someone whose career has primarily consisted of administering established brands, managing agencies or supporting a traditional pharmaceutical sales organization. We want a builder.
Someone who can look at a differentiated product, see the possibility of creating a category or brand around it, and then build the engine required to turn that opportunity into meaningful commercial growth.

Which companies sponsor visas for growth marketing managers in Arizona?
Phoenix-area tech and e-commerce companies are among the more active sponsors for growth marketing manager roles in Arizona. GoDaddy, Axon, Carvana, and Verizon all maintain marketing operations in the state and have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for marketing-related positions. Fintech firms and SaaS companies based in Scottsdale and Tempe also appear in DOL disclosure data for sponsored marketing roles.
Which visa types are most common for growth marketing manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for growth marketing manager positions in Arizona, classifying the role as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar process without the lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals should look into the TN visa under the USMCA professional categories.
Which cities in Arizona have the most growth marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the majority of growth marketing manager sponsorship activity in Arizona, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters and regional offices. Scottsdale and Tempe follow closely, with Tempe benefiting from proximity to Arizona State University and a growing startup ecosystem. Chandler and Gilbert have smaller but emerging tech clusters where sponsored marketing roles occasionally appear.
How to find growth marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa-sponsored roles, including growth marketing manager positions in Arizona. The platform filters jobs by sponsorship availability, so you're not sifting through listings from employers who won't sponsor. Searching by role and state on Migrate Mate surfaces current openings at Arizona companies with a demonstrated history of sponsoring marketing hires.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for growth marketing manager visa sponsorship?
Arizona State University and the University of Arizona generate a pipeline of marketing graduates that increases competition for entry-level roles, but experienced growth marketing managers with analytics or performance marketing backgrounds remain in strong demand. Employers filing H-1B petitions must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale metropolitan area, which is published in the DOL's Foreign Labor Certification Data Center and applies regardless of where within the metro the role is based.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth marketing manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
