As a Senior Manager, you are a hands-on, experienced, and versatile marketing leader who has successfully led teams in planning and executing impactful go-to-market campaigns. At Amazon, you will drive strategic planning and oversee the execution of GTM collateral, deploy communications to target audiences across multiple channels, and monitor adoption to identify opportunities for additional marketing impact. Your team will conduct regular GTM campaign analysis to improve processes and outputs—with you leading the emphasis on continuous improvement. As the leader of a fast-paced, high-achieving marketing team, you will need to effectively lead your own team while collaborating cross-functionally within the product and technology organization, as well as with parallel marketing organizations.
Key job responsibilities

You value the reflection and ongoing effort required to continuously improve how your team functions and collaborates with each other and with other teams. You are highly effective working with product managers, engineers, operators, and finance partners.
- Customer-focused – You deeply understand the customer and their needs. You ensure every marketing activity led by your team resonates with customers, creating meaningful engagement and driving adoption of new technology.
- Results-oriented – You rally your team to meet their commitments to each other and to customers. Setting the strategy is not enough. Seeing your solutions ship, scale, and make a measurable impact on customers' lives fuels you.
- Bias for Action – You are drawn to take on the hardest problems, navigate ambiguity, challenge skepticism, and are willing to fail in the name of learning what works best over the long term.

Which companies sponsor visas for product marketers in Washington?
Microsoft and Amazon are the most active visa sponsors for product marketing roles in Washington, given their scale and global recruiting operations. Salesforce, Google, and Tableau (owned by Salesforce) also have Washington-based product marketing teams with sponsorship track records. Mid-size SaaS companies headquartered in Seattle, such as Outreach and Highspot, have sponsored product marketing candidates as well, though less frequently than the major tech employers.
Which visa types are most common for product marketing roles in Washington?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for product marketing roles in Washington. Product marketing generally qualifies as a specialty occupation when the role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates already in the U.S. on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT often use that period to secure H-1B visa sponsorship. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional ability, though documentation requirements are significant.
Which cities in Washington have the most product marketing sponsorship jobs?
Seattle concentrates the largest share of product marketing sponsorship opportunities in Washington, particularly in the South Lake Union and Capitol Hill tech corridors. Redmond is significant due to Microsoft's campus and its large product marketing organization. Bellevue has grown steadily as a secondary hub, hosting offices for companies including Expedia and T-Mobile. Kirkland also holds a smaller but active cluster of tech companies with product marketing functions.
How to find product marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse product marketing roles in Washington without manually screening each posting. Because sponsorship willingness varies significantly by employer size and hiring cycle, filtering by confirmed sponsorship upfront saves considerable time. Searching within Migrate Mate for Washington-based product marketing positions also surfaces roles across Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue that are actively open to international candidates.
Are there state-specific factors that affect product marketing sponsorship in Washington?
Washington's concentration of enterprise tech and SaaS companies means product marketing roles here frequently involve B2B go-to-market work, which tends to map cleanly to specialty occupation requirements for H-1B purposes. Washington has no state income tax, which affects total compensation comparisons but does not directly impact sponsorship. The University of Washington and Seattle's tech hiring pipelines mean many employers in the state are accustomed to sponsoring international candidates at varying career stages.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product marketing jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
