Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for customer success directors?
Epic Systems in Verona is one of the most active Wisconsin employers sponsoring work visas for experienced customer success professionals given its global software client base. Milwaukee-based employers like Fiserv, Northwestern Mutual, and Kohl's technology divisions have also filed H-1B visa sponsorships for senior customer-facing roles. Smaller SaaS companies in the Madison area occasionally sponsor at this level when a candidate's background is highly specialized.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success directors in Wisconsin, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. Candidates with extraordinary recognition in customer success leadership may explore the O-1A. Those transferring within a multinational company may qualify for the L-1A, which applies to managers and executives.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Madison and Milwaukee account for the overwhelming majority of customer success director sponsorship opportunities in Wisconsin. Madison benefits from Epic Systems' large presence and a growing tech startup cluster near the University of Wisconsin campus. Milwaukee draws candidates into financial services, insurance technology, and enterprise software firms. Green Bay has a smaller but active employer base, primarily in manufacturing technology and logistics software.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters customer success director roles in Wisconsin by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're not sifting through listings from employers who won't sponsor. The platform surfaces roles from companies with documented H-1B filing histories, which is particularly useful for senior positions like this where sponsorship willingness varies significantly by employer size and industry.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success director visa sponsorship in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin does not have state-level visa programs, so federal H-1B rules and Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements govern sponsorship. At the director level, DOL wage determinations typically place roles in higher wage tiers, which employers must meet or exceed on the Labor Condition Application. The University of Wisconsin system also feeds a pipeline of international talent into Madison's tech sector, creating familiarity with sponsorship processes among local employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
