As the Sr. Director, Customer Success Value Engineering, you will lead the value engineering practice within Informatica's Value Engineering team — shaping industry-specific business value frameworks, advising external C-suite stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes across our enterprise accounts.
Your Impact
- Develop and operationalize Business Value Assessment (BVA) frameworks for the top 4 industries across the full end-to-end customer journey, and lead BVA engagements for top-tier accounts to translate platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite clients, building trusted relationships that drive engagement focused on innovation and measurable impact.
- Partner closely with Success, Product, and Sales teams to align engagement strategy with customer use cases and embed value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Establish value realization practices and ROI metrics, and equip the Success Value Engineering team with productivity levers, value-based messaging, and calculation frameworks to accelerate customers' business value journeys.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology or software with a proven track record in Business Value Assessment, value engineering, or a related consulting discipline.
- 10+ years leading cross-functional teams with a strong history of executive alignment across organizations.
- Exceptional consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite customers and internal leadership alike.
- Deep understanding of modern technologies including cloud-native solutions and AI, and a strong grasp of B2B sector dynamics.
- Background in the Data Management — data integration, data governance, MDM, or similar.

- In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $228,600 - $348,600 annually.
