Which companies sponsor visas for customer success directors in Texas?
Enterprise technology companies with large Texas footprints are the most consistent sponsors for customer success director roles. Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Oracle in Austin, Salesforce across Dallas and Austin, and SAP in various Texas offices have documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories. Mid-market SaaS companies headquartered in Austin, including those in the fintech and cybersecurity verticals, also regularly sponsor director-level hires with specialized experience.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success directors in Texas, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates already holding L-1A status through an intracompany transfer are another segment, particularly at multinational enterprise software firms. O-1A visas occasionally apply for directors with exceptional records of industry recognition.
Which cities in Texas have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads by volume, driven by its dense concentration of SaaS and cloud software companies. Dallas-Fort Worth follows closely, with enterprise technology firms, financial services platforms, and telecom companies all hiring at the director level. Houston contributes a smaller but steady share of openings, particularly in energy technology and healthcare software. San Antonio has an emerging cybersecurity cluster that occasionally produces director-level sponsorship roles.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search customer success director roles in Texas without sifting through positions that won't support international candidates. Migrate Mate aggregates openings from enterprise tech firms, SaaS companies, and startups across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Houston, and lets you filter by role and state to focus your search on verified sponsoring employers.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for customer success directors in Texas?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage benchmarking because compensation structures often include larger equity or bonus components rather than base salary alone. The Department of Labor's prevailing wage determination for customer success director roles is tied to the specific metropolitan statistical area, meaning Austin, Dallas, and Houston each carry different wage thresholds that employers must meet when filing a Labor Condition Application for H-1B sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
