Which companies in Tennessee sponsor visas for customer success directors?
Nashville-based technology companies are the most active sponsors for customer success director roles in Tennessee. Asurion, Healthstream, and Kymanox have filed H-1B petitions for senior customer-facing leadership positions. Beyond Nashville, logistics and supply chain software firms operating near Memphis have also sponsored this role. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in companies with dedicated enterprise customer bases and recurring revenue models.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success directors in Tennessee, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates already holding L-1A status at a multinational may transfer into a director-level customer success role without entering the H-1B lottery. O-1A is occasionally used for individuals with demonstrated extraordinary achievement in enterprise account management.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the majority of customer success director sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its concentration of healthcare IT, SaaS, and fintech employers. Memphis sees activity in logistics software and supply chain technology companies, particularly those serving large distribution networks. Knoxville has a smaller but growing technology sector linked to the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory, with occasional director-level openings.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify customer success director openings in Tennessee without sorting through roles that don't offer sponsorship. On Migrate Mate, you can narrow results by state and job title to surface relevant positions at Nashville healthcare IT firms, Memphis logistics software companies, and Knoxville technology employers actively hiring at the director level.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for customer success directors in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, which affects the prevailing wage calculation employers use when filing a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. Employers must still certify they will pay at least the prevailing wage for the role in the specific metropolitan area. Nashville's healthcare technology concentration means customer success directors often need domain knowledge in HIPAA-regulated environments, which can strengthen a sponsorship case by demonstrating specialized expertise.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
