Which companies in Utah sponsor visas for customer success directors?
Utah's SaaS and enterprise software companies are the most active sponsors for customer success director roles. Qualtrics, Adobe, Domo, and Podium have sponsored senior go-to-market positions in the past. Larger enterprise tech firms with established HR and legal infrastructure are generally better positioned to manage H-1B visa sponsorship than early-stage startups, which may lack the resources for the process.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Utah?
The H-1B visa is the most common pathway for customer success directors in Utah. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in business, communications, or a related field. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may also be eligible for the TN visa under the business analyst or management consultant categories, depending on how the employer defines the role.
Which cities in Utah have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Salt Lake City and its surrounding tech corridor, often called Silicon Slopes, accounts for the large majority of customer success director openings in Utah. Lehi, Draper, and Provo are particularly active, hosting headquarters and major offices for companies like Qualtrics, Adobe, and Podium. Smaller markets like Ogden and St. George have limited senior-level customer success hiring activity.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Utah?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify customer success director openings in Utah where employers are open to sponsoring. Rather than sorting through general job boards and guessing at sponsorship willingness, Migrate Mate surfaces roles where sponsorship is explicitly part of the hiring process, saving significant time for international candidates targeting Utah's tech sector.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success director roles in Utah?
Utah's Silicon Slopes ecosystem has produced a deep talent pipeline through the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, which means competition for senior customer success roles can be high. Employers sponsoring at the director level must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. Directors with enterprise SaaS experience in sectors like experience management, analytics, or cloud software tend to align well with Utah's dominant employer base.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Utah?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
