Which companies in Indiana sponsor visas for customer success directors?
Indianapolis-based employers are the most active sponsors for customer success director roles in Indiana. Companies in health tech, fintech, and enterprise SaaS, including firms like Salesforce partners, ExactTarget alumni ventures, and insurance technology providers, have filed H-1B petitions for senior customer success positions. Larger technology employers with Indiana offices, such as Genesys and Cummins digital divisions, have also sponsored director-level roles.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success director roles in Indiana, as the position typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, satisfying the specialty occupation requirement. L-1A intraviewer visas apply when candidates transfer from a foreign parent or affiliate company into a managerial role. O-1 visas are rarely used for this role type unless the candidate has documented extraordinary achievement.
Which cities in Indiana have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the large majority of customer success director visa sponsorship activity in Indiana, given its concentration of technology companies, insurance industry headquarters, and corporate regional offices. Bloomington has a smaller but active tech employer base connected to Indiana University's business and informatics programs. Fort Wayne and South Bend see occasional openings at manufacturing software and logistics technology firms operating in those markets.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify customer success director openings in Indiana where employers have indicated willingness to sponsor. Rather than sorting through unfiltered postings, you can search Migrate Mate for Indiana-based roles in this category and see which companies are actively hiring international candidates for CS director positions.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success director sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Indiana does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal H-1B obligations, but employers must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor confirming the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for the Indianapolis or relevant metropolitan area. Indiana's relatively lower cost of living compared to coastal tech hubs can influence prevailing wage determinations. The state's growing health tech and logistics software sectors create consistent demand for customer-facing leadership with technical backgrounds.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
