Which companies sponsor visas for customer success directors in Oklahoma?
Paycom, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is among the most active technology employers in the state and has sponsored work visas for senior roles. Energy-adjacent software firms and healthcare IT companies in Tulsa also appear in sponsorship filings. Larger national employers with Oklahoma offices, such as IBM and Salesforce partners, have sponsored customer success director positions in the state as well.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for customer success director positions in Oklahoma, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field and meets the specialty occupation standard. Candidates with extraordinary achievement may explore the O-1A. Australians and Canadians may also qualify under the E-3 visa and TN visa categories respectively, which do not require lottery selection.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most customer success director sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City accounts for the largest share of customer success director opportunities in the state, driven by Paycom's large headquarters presence and a growing technology corridor. Tulsa is the secondary market, with demand concentrated in energy software, financial services technology, and healthcare IT. Smaller cities like Norman and Broken Arrow occasionally have openings tied to regional offices of national employers.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to find customer success director roles in Oklahoma without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. You can search by role title and state to surface employers who have active sponsorship programs, which saves significant time compared to manually reviewing individual company career pages.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success director visa sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma does not have state-level visa or work authorization requirements beyond federal standards, but the prevailing wage for customer success directors is generally lower here than in coastal tech hubs, which affects the Labor Condition Application wage that sponsoring employers must certify. This can make Oklahoma-based sponsorship more accessible for employers managing sponsorship costs, though the H-1B process and timelines remain governed entirely by federal rules.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
