Which companies in Ohio sponsor visas for customer success directors?
Enterprise technology and SaaS companies with Ohio operations are the most active sponsors for customer success director roles. Oracle's Columbus presence, NCR Voyix's operations, and healthcare IT firms like Change Healthcare and Veeva Systems have sponsored senior customer success hires. Large financial services companies in Cincinnati, including Fifth Third Bank and Western Southern, also sponsor experienced customer success leaders when the role meets specialty occupation requirements.
Which visa types are most common for customer success director roles in Ohio?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for customer success directors in Ohio, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field. Australian citizens may qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and a separate annual allocation. Canadians and Mexicans in this role may be eligible for TN visa status under the USMCA professional categories, depending on their specific educational background.
Which Ohio cities have the most customer success director visa sponsorship jobs?
Columbus is the strongest market, anchored by a dense cluster of SaaS, fintech, and healthcare technology companies. Cleveland's growing enterprise software and professional services sector generates regular demand at the director level. Cincinnati is notable for its consumer goods and financial services companies, several of which have built out customer success functions in recent years. Dublin and Westerville suburbs of Columbus also host significant tech employer campuses.
How to find customer success director visa sponsorship jobs in Ohio?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search customer success director roles in Ohio without sorting through positions that won't consider international candidates. Because director-level roles are less frequently posted and often filled through networks, checking Migrate Mate regularly and setting up alerts for Ohio customer success director openings gives you earlier visibility into positions where sponsorship is already confirmed by the employer.
Are there any Ohio-specific considerations for customer success directors seeking visa sponsorship?
Ohio's prevailing wage requirements apply to H-1B petitions, and employers must certify that the offered compensation meets Department of Labor standards for the Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati metro area where the role is based. Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University produce business and technology graduates who create local competition, but international candidates with enterprise SaaS or healthcare IT experience often bring specializations that Ohio employers specifically seek at the director level.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success director jobs in Ohio?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
