Which staffing companies sponsor TN visas in Wisconsin?
Manpower Group, which is headquartered in Milwaukee, is among the most active staffing employers in Wisconsin with a track record of hiring international professionals. Randstad, Aerotek, and Robert Half also operate Wisconsin offices and have sponsored TN workers in staffing and HR roles. Smaller regional firms occasionally sponsor as well, particularly for specialized recruiting or workforce consulting positions.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most staffing TN sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee leads the state for staffing TN jobs given its concentration of corporate headquarters, including Manpower Group's global HQ, and a dense network of mid-market employers needing recruiting support. Madison follows closely, driven by university-affiliated organizations and a growing tech sector. Green Bay and Appleton also have active staffing markets tied to manufacturing and healthcare workforce demand in the Fox Valley region.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN sponsorship in staffing applies to roles that map to recognized USMCA professional categories. Positions such as Human Resources Specialist, Management Consultant, and Scientific Technician fall within qualifying categories when the role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. General recruiting coordinator or sales-focused staffing roles without a specific degree requirement often do not qualify, so job title and educational alignment are both important factors.
How do I find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for TN visa holders and lists staffing jobs in Wisconsin filtered by sponsorship availability. Rather than sorting through general job boards where sponsorship status is unclear, Migrate Mate surfaces roles where employers have indicated TN eligibility, including staffing and HR positions across Milwaukee, Madison, and other Wisconsin markets. Creating a profile lets you set alerts for new staffing postings as they appear.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in staffing?
Wisconsin's staffing sector has a strong manufacturing and healthcare orientation, so TN candidates with backgrounds in industrial recruiting or healthcare workforce management tend to find stronger employer fit here than those focused on purely tech-sector roles. Wisconsin employers are generally familiar with Canadian TN workers given the state's proximity to the Canadian border via Michigan. Mexican nationals pursuing TN status should confirm their employer is prepared to support consular processing at a U.S. embassy in Mexico.
