Location: NYC (750 7th Ave) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior GenAI & Agent Development Consultant with deep expertise in AI/ML (pre-2022) and GenAI (post-2022). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of taking AI concepts into production, building scalable distributed systems, and delivering high-quality AI products with observability, maintainability, and security in mind.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on Python coding (all GenAI development is in Python)
- AI/ML experience prior to 2022 and GenAI experience post-2022
- Expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.), and agent development
- Experience taking AI ideas into production environments (cloud/on-premise)
- Architectural experience with distributed, scalable systems
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps practices
- Ability to mentor junior team members
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD within ML workflows
- Background in agentic process automation or AI copilots
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and develop GenAI applications in production environments
- Build and deploy LLM-powered solutions with scalability and observability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, compliance)
- Deliver AI-driven tools such as:
- AI Chatbot for Institutional Documents
- Internal AI Search Tool (similar to Google) for Institutional Data
