Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Summary
Maintains assigned medical equipment and support systems.
Responsibilities
- Responds to support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.
- Diagnoses, resolves and closes medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
- Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
- Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

- High School degree or GED. Preferred: completion of biomedical equipment maintenance program or related training.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
