As the Head of Agentic Business Intelligence, you will lead a specialized team defining the intersection of enterprise Business Intelligence and Generative AI at Google scale. You will own the long-term goals, architecture, and infrastructure for the "Frictionless Intelligence" initiative—integrating advanced agentic workflows and conversational analytics within Looker. Your work will directly power Google’s global Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales organization (serving over 10,000 internal users) while creating a blueprint showcase used to drive enterprise Google Cloud (GE) adoption globally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience in business intelligence (BI) or data engineering.
2 years of experience designing, building, or deploying agentic workflows, large language model (LLM) features, or generative AI solutions within a business context.
Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
Experience identifying and resolving data-related issues, including translating data into actionable insights.
Leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.

Responsibilities
Define the goal and technical architecture for rolling out agentic workflows, conversational analytics, and AI features within Looker for 10,000+ internal Google users.
Lead complex, large-scale BI projects from inception to execution. Manage the design of robust data marts, pipeline modifications, and scalable data warehousing.
Recruit, onboard, and coach a lean team of high-performing BI professionals and data engineers.
Partner closely with Product and GTM Strategy teams. Serve as the point of escalation for high-priority, fast-turnaround business insights and requests for senior executives.
