Starting pay for this position is $38.26 - $50.06; base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.
Position Summary: Assists physicians with performance of invasive cardiac procedures, serving as a radiologic technologist and/or scrub assistant, performing hemodynamic monitoring and procedural charting. Assists in the care, transportation and preparation of patients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures as acquired through completion of 2 years training in an approved school of radiologic technology required.
- General computer knowledge.
- Licensed in Radiology by the State of Illinois Division of Nuclear Safety (IEMA) Requires Registry from ARRT.
- CPR certification required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful completion of EKG arrhythmia course preferred.
- Successful completion of ACLS preferred.
