- Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging with high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Operate radiology equipment safely, adhering to ALARA and safety protocols.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly imaging targets, with transparent progress tracking.
- Interpret basic ultrasound findings and document preliminary reports for clinician review.
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging protocols for each patient.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to advance sonography skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and workflow to maximize throughput.
- Provide patient-centered care, explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns.
- Assist in pipeline-based forecasting for imaging demand and resource planning.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and basic maintenance logs.
- Adhere to contract terms and on-site policies while ensuring consistent service delivery.
