Headquartered in the Palm Beach County area, the firm specializes in Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Mid- to High-Rise Commercial, Educational, Hospitality, and Public Sector projects exceeding (Mid to large scale projects $10-$100M).
YOUR NEW ROLE
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and comprehensive estimates throughout all phases of project design. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors to plan project cost factors
- Reviewing construction documents, specifications, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Participating in negotiations and client presentations
- Managing all CSI divisions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience estimating projects for a general contractor, or strong related construction experience
- 5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Preconstruction Manager
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience (ground-up and renovation)
- Proficiency with Takeoff/Estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage teams
- Strong negotiation skills

You will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000–$150,000 depending on seniority, along with comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and additional incentives.
