INTRODUCTION
As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end event operations and drive impactful B2B marketing strategies to connect and educate enterprise users and stakeholders about Base44. You'll leverage your expertise in event coordination and marketing operations to deliver measurable results and elevate brand presence within enterprise companies and in field events.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage all logistical details of hackathon sponsorships and hosted events, ensuring flawless execution from planning to teardown
- Use AI tools to scale output and enhance event efficiency
- Be on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics and collaborate with internal teams to align on event goals
- Track event performance and provide detailed reports on results
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, field marketing, or developer relations
- Proficiency with AI tools for scaling marketing efforts
- Experience using CRM and lead capture tools
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to travel and attend events in person

We are Base44 Marketing, a team of B2B marketing specialists dedicated to driving impactful strategies that connect businesses with their target audiences. Our focus is on delivering measurable results through data-driven campaigns, innovative lead generation tactics, and meaningful engagement. We collaborate closely with our clients to craft tailored solutions that elevate their brand presence and drive growth in competitive markets.
Expected base compensation salary range $105,000 - $125,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
