At ReachMobi, there are no ceilings. You are the owner and architect of your career path, with no one-size-fits-all model. We are both visionaries and builders, operating without bureaucracy or red tape. Our ethos is simple: have an idea in the morning, ship it by the afternoon, and have data by the evening. No matter your role, you operate as a founder, building, scaling, and continuously growing into what’s next.
As an incubator for app studios, we provide the technology, leadership, and resources needed to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses. We don’t just build apps, we build the companies behind them and the future CEOs who lead them.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth strategy while actively operating within key acquisition channels. We are looking to bridge a critical gap between tactical media buying and high-level growth strategy. This role will serve as a central force in both developing players and driving systemic impact, ensuring we are not just running campaigns, but building scalable growth engines.
This role is designed for a “player-coach” who can both execute at a high level and elevate the performance of a team. You will identify growth opportunities, pressure-test performance, and build repeatable systems that drive measurable improvements in user growth, retention, and LTV.
You will work closely with Product, Analytics, and Finance to ensure acquisition efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with long-term business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive user acquisition performance across a portfolio of mobile apps, with accountability for key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, making real-time decisions on scaling, pausing, or reallocating spend based on performance
- Ability to boot up new buy platforms from 0 to 1 to 10
- Build and run a high-velocity experimentation culture across creative, audience, and funnel performance
- Develop and execute testing roadmaps that drive measurable improvements beyond channel-level optimization
- Establish repeatable processes and systems that improve performance and scalability
- Leverage automation, AI, and tooling to increase efficiency and unlock new capabilities
- Lead and actively contribute within acquisition channels, continuously improving bids, targeting, creative, and overall efficiency
- Identify performance gaps and opportunities, and take action to improve results across campaigns and funnels
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, partners, and distribution strategies
- Act as the day-to-day leader for acquisition efforts, ensuring strong execution and accountability across the team
- Develop and mentor team members through direct coaching, feedback, and clear performance expectations
- Raise the performance bar by identifying gaps, challenging assumptions, and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition
- Proven track record scaling user growth on mobile apps or digital products
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing meaningful marketing budgets (7-figure+)
- Experience operating against business outcomes such as LTV, ROAS, payback, and profit margins
- Strong expertise in paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads (UAC, Display) and Meta Ads
- Experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, or mobile ad networks
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement
- Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, SQL, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on executor while leading and developing others
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Why This Role
- Direct ownership of one of the most critical growth levers of the business
- Opportunity to build and scale a high-performing growth engine
- High visibility with leadership and ability to drive meaningful impact
- Ability to shape how growth is executed across a portfolio of products
Values
At ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on delivering results that matter. We rely on data to guide our decisions, challenge ourselves to continuously improve, and stay focused on winning as a team. We operate without drama or ego, treating others with respect and keeping our attention on the work. Together, these values set clear expectations for accountability, collaboration, and performance across the company.
- Data Driven: We speak in data and act on what matters. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions, and we use data to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
- Get Sh*t Done: We move fast, take ownership, and deliver. We focus on action over process and don’t get stuck in unnecessary meetings or red tape. Everyone is empowered to solve problems, follow through, and get the work across the finish line.
- Beat the Goat: We challenge the best and keep iterating until we win. We don’t settle for “good enough,” and we don’t wait for permission to make things better. This value reflects a relentless focus on results, the courage to take smart risks, and the discipline to keep pushing forward when things get hard. We take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt until we find the right solution.
- No Drama, No Egos, No Assholes: Drama distracts. Ego isolates. We focus on the work. Drama is distracting, and we can’t win when ego gets in the way. We treat others with respect, regardless of title or role, and we don’t let hierarchy define how we collaborate. When we leave drama at the door and put ego aside, we create an environment where teams can focus, trust each other, and win together.

Frame your degree as a specialty occupation requirement
H-1B eligibility hinges on proving the role requires a specific degree. Emphasize how your marketing, business, or data analytics degree directly underpins growth strategy, attribution modeling, or funnel optimization, not just general marketing skills.
Target companies with active H-1B filing histories
SaaS companies, venture-backed startups, and large e-commerce employers file H-1Bs for growth roles regularly. Prioritizing companies with a documented track record of sponsorship dramatically improves your chances of finding an employer willing to start the process.
Lead with performance metrics in your application
Growth marketing is results-driven. Quantify your impact: pipeline influenced, CAC reduced, conversion rates improved, or revenue attributed. Employers who see clear ROI from your work are far more motivated to invest in sponsorship paperwork and legal fees.
Understand the LCA wage requirement before you negotiate
Your employer must certify your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for your location and job title on the Labor Condition Application. Knowing this standard helps you understand whether an offer is compliant before the petition is even filed.
Australians should ask about the E-3 visa specifically
If you hold Australian citizenship, the E-3 visa is a faster, simpler alternative to H-1B. There's no lottery, no annual cap pressure, and the application goes through the consulate directly. Many employers don't know to offer it, so raise it yourself.
Prepare for the specialty occupation question with your offer letter
USCIS scrutinizes whether growth marketing roles genuinely require a degree. Ask your employer to specify in the offer letter that the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field, not just a preference or general business background.

Find Growth Marketing Lead JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does a Growth Marketing Lead role qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
Yes, in most cases. Growth Marketing Lead qualifies as a specialty occupation when the role demonstrably requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a closely related field. USCIS looks at whether the degree requirement is genuine and specific. Generalist roles where any degree suffices face more scrutiny. Roles tied to performance analytics, paid media strategy, or product-led growth are more defensible than broad brand management positions.
Which visa types do employers use to sponsor Growth Marketing Leads?
H-1B is the most common path for international candidates in this role. Australian citizens can apply for the E-3 visa, which skips the lottery entirely and processes through the consulate. Candidates with an exceptional track record in growth, major publications, speaking engagements, or measurable industry impact, may also qualify for the O-1A. TN status covers Canadians and Mexicans in certain management and marketing roles under USMCA.
What degree do I need to get sponsored as a Growth Marketing Lead?
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, data analytics, or a related quantitative field is the standard baseline for H-1B eligibility. The degree field should map clearly to the job's core functions. If your degree is in an unrelated area, three years of specialized work experience can substitute for one year of education under USCIS rules, though this weakens the petition and increases RFE risk.
How hard is it for employers to sponsor a Growth Marketing Lead compared to a software engineer?
Harder, but not prohibitive. Software engineering roles have an established specialty occupation precedent that makes approvals more routine. Growth marketing sits in a grayer zone, USCIS sometimes issues Requests for Evidence asking employers to prove the role isn't generalist. Strong job descriptions that tie responsibilities to specific degree requirements, along with detailed support letters from the employer, significantly reduce that risk. Approval rates for marketing-category H-1Bs have historically been above 80%.
Where can I find Growth Marketing Lead jobs that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists Growth Marketing Lead positions filtered specifically for visa sponsorship, so you're not sifting through roles that won't consider international candidates. The platform focuses on companies with documented sponsorship history, which saves significant time in your search. Venture-backed SaaS companies and growth-stage e-commerce businesses are the most active sponsors for this title, and both categories are well represented.
What is the prevailing wage requirement for sponsored Growth Marketing Lead jobs?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
