INTRODUCTION
We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is ( fully remote - EST/CST aligned hours ).
Job Description:
- Pay: $28 - 31.09/hr (W2)
- 6-month assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need.
- You will support the Social team across initiatives designed to improve the customer experience within the clients’ app.
- Daily responsibilities include moderating video submissions from creators, providing feedback on moderation processes, lead list generation, and creator relationship management.
- You will support emerging projects and initiatives the Social team is working on, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- You will document trends and potential issues and collaborate with the team to develop process improvements.
- You will review applicant profiles and portfolios to ensure alignment with brand voice and community standards.
- You will manage program inbox, providing professional correspondence for onboarding, technical support, and program updates.
- You will conduct targeted sourcing of creators to build pipelines for social commerce initiatives.
- You will moderate content quality, assessing videos against community guidelines and engagement benchmarks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, social media management, content moderation, or community management
- Familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and understanding of what makes engaging content
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output
- Interest in food, content creation, or the creator economy is a plus!
