What you will do:
This role combines project management, customer success, and technology implementation. You will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, you will gather requirements, manage project documentation, communicate project status, and drive customer satisfaction. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
