Other investors include REVOLVE and Reformation founders, and the President of Saks Fifth Avenue.
How We Work
Be an owner: We take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. We don't wait for permission — we step up, move fast, and hold ourselves accountable to results.
Bias to solution: We're solutions-oriented at heart. We go beyond identifying problems to actively unblocking ourselves and others.
Customer obsession: Everything we build starts with the customer. We listen deeply, move quickly, and obsess over delivering tools that make their work faster and more creative.
Lowest level of detail: We're not afraid to get in the weeds. Great work comes from people who notice what others miss and ask deeper questions.
1% better every day: Progress compounds. We stay curious, ask for feedback, and look for the small improvements that make tomorrow better than today.
AI first: We use AI across the entire company — from product to growth to operations — to move faster and produce higher-quality work.
What we offer
Innovative culture: A generational opportunity to define the role of AI in one of the world's largest industries.
Growth paths: Opportunities to drive impact well beyond your immediate role as the company scales.
Learning & development: Annual discretionary stipend for professional development.
Annual company offsite: We bring the whole team together once a year.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Visa Sponsorship as an Implementation Specialist
Frame your degree as a technical match
USCIS requires a direct connection between your degree field and the role. A computer science, information systems, or engineering degree strengthens your H-1B petition considerably. Business or management degrees alone may not satisfy the specialty occupation standard.
Target SaaS and enterprise software employers
Companies deploying complex software platforms, ERP systems, or healthcare IT solutions file LCAs for Implementation Specialists far more consistently than general employers. DOL disclosure data shows heavy sponsorship activity from mid-market and enterprise SaaS firms.
Highlight technical configuration and integration work
Roles focused on API integrations, system configuration, and technical onboarding are more defensible as specialty occupations than those emphasizing client training or project coordination. Emphasize the technical scope of your work in your resume.
Check for TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
Implementation Specialists who hold a qualifying degree in computer science or engineering may be eligible for TN visa status under USMCA. TN classification bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely and can be secured at the border or port of entry.
Understand the LCA before your offer stage
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before submitting your H-1B petition. Knowing this helps you ask the right questions during negotiation and set realistic timelines with hiring managers.
Look for employers with a sponsorship history
Prior H-1B filings for the same job title are a strong proxy for sponsorship willingness. Browse roles on Migrate Mate, which surfaces sponsoring employers specifically, so you're not spending time on companies unlikely to file petitions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does an Implementation Specialist role qualify as an H-1B specialty occupation?
It depends on how the role is defined. USCIS requires that the position normally requires a bachelor's degree in a specific technical field. Implementation Specialist roles involving system configuration, API integration, or ERP deployment typically qualify when tied to a computer science or information systems degree. Roles focused primarily on customer training or project management face more scrutiny and higher petition risk.
Which visa types do employers use to sponsor Implementation Specialists?
The H-1B visa is the most common pathway, followed by the TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals with qualifying technical degrees. L-1B transfers are also an option for professionals already employed abroad by a multinational company moving to a U.S. entity. E-3 visas cover Australian nationals in qualifying specialty occupation roles. The right visa depends on your nationality, degree, and the technical scope of the position.
What degree do I need for an employer to sponsor my visa in this role?
Most successful H-1B petitions for Implementation Specialists cite degrees in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a closely related technical field. A general business degree carries risk unless the role is defined with enough technical specificity to justify it. USCIS evaluates the degree-to-job relationship, not just whether you hold a bachelor's. If your degree field is adjacent, a detailed employer support letter documenting technical requirements can strengthen the case.
How do I find Implementation Specialist jobs where employers are open to sponsorship?
Most job listings don't advertise sponsorship willingness upfront, which makes filtering by employer LCA history the most reliable approach. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from employers with documented H-1B sponsorship activity, so you can browse Implementation Specialist openings without manually screening each company. This saves significant time during a job search that's already complicated by visa timelines.
Can I transfer my H-1B to a new employer if I change Implementation Specialist jobs?
Yes. Under H-1B portability rules, you can begin working for a new employer once they file a new petition on your behalf, without waiting for approval, as long as your previous H-1B was properly maintained. The new employer must file their own I-129 petition and LCA. The role must still qualify as a specialty occupation, so the same degree and technical scope requirements apply at the new company.
What is the prevailing wage requirement for sponsored Implementation Specialist jobs?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
