Mechanical Project Engineer Jobs in USA with Visa Sponsorship
Mechanical project engineers are sponsored at Bechtel, Fluor, Jacobs, Tesla, Boeing, and hundreds of manufacturing and construction companies for roles combining mechanical design, thermal analysis, and piping engineering with project execution management that require mechanical engineering degrees. H-1B classification is automatic because mechanical project engineering is a textbook specialty occupation, and CHIPS Act semiconductor facility construction, data center HVAC infrastructure, pharmaceutical cleanroom builds, and energy plant projects have created severe demand for mechanical engineers who can both design systems and manage delivery timelines.

- Ability to quickly assess a situation and take appropriate action
- Strong team mentality and willingness to accept responsibility for project completion (Ownership Culture)
- Must have the ability to properly prioritize work/activities
- Possess a strong ability to solve problems and research solutions
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Ability to use AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- Ability to use AutoDesk Suite of tools (Revit, Navisworks, Vault, BIM360, ACC, etc)
