We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Administrator with 10–15 years of hands‑on expertise in O365 Administration, Enterprise Storage & File Server Management, Server Administration, Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), and Hybrid Cloud Environments (AWS/Azure). Experience with CTERA Storage is preferred, but candidates with strong backgrounds in any enterprise storage/file server platforms are encouraged to apply. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
O365 Administration & Management (10–15 years)
- Manage and administer Office 365 tenants, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration services.
- Perform user lifecycle operations, mailbox management, permissions, compliance, and monitoring.
- Oversee O365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Retention Policies.
- Troubleshoot L3/L4 O365 issues and ensure smooth operations across enterprise environments.
Storage & File Server Administration (10–15 years)
- Administer enterprise storage platforms and file server systems.
- Manage storage provisioning, capacity planning, replication, snapshots, and access controls.
- Maintain NTFS permissions, SMB/NFS shares, DFS structures, and data protection processes.

Server Administration

Hybrid Cloud Administration (Azure / AWS – 10+ years)
- Manage cloud infrastructure including VMs, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring.
- Support hybrid cloud identity (Azure AD, AD Connect, federation).
- Assist in cloud migrations, workload optimization, and integration with on-prem systems.
General Infrastructure Operations
- Implement monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and incident management.
