ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
- Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire operations.
- Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).
- Completes all relevant Systems in Place.
- Exercises good judgement and makes appropriate decisions.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience; experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor.
