About the Role
The Vice President Finance is responsible for leading all financial operations, reporting, planning, and commercial partnering across the Americas region. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, with a dotted‑line partnership to the SVP – Food North America, this role oversees a growing, complex, relationship‑driven business.
You will lead financial management, statutory reporting, FP&A, treasury, commercial strategy, systems, and risk management within a global operating framework. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will influence strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, planning, and governance across the Americas region.
- Drive commercial performance through strategic partnering, pricing, and margin optimisation.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and performance insights.
- Strengthen financial systems, data integrity, and process efficiency.
- Build and develop a high‑performing Finance team and strong cross‑functional relationships.

You are an experienced senior finance leader with a track record of driving performance in complex, multi‑site or international businesses. You combine strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to “connect the dots” across a dynamic business.
