I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to build a growing team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I'm a graduate of the University of Arkansas, grew up in the Ozarks, and enjoy running, exercising, spending time outdoors, and following sports.
As a new agency, I'm looking forward to becoming actively involved in the community and building strong relationships with the people and organizations we serve.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the agency and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Our culture is fun, competitive, customer-focused, and driven to succeed. I'm looking for someone who is coachable, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others. If you're ready to learn, work hard, and be part of building something special, we'd love to meet you.

Entry Level Account Associate Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level account associate job?
Entry level account associate employers look for candidates who can manage client communication, stay organized across multiple accounts, and learn CRM tools quickly. Internship experience in sales support, customer success, or account coordination gives you a real edge. Highlight any client-facing work, even from campus jobs or volunteer roles, and tailor your resume to show attention to detail and follow-through.
Which companies hire entry level account associates?
Companies hiring entry level account associates right now include State Farm, Applied Medical, and HUB International, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Hiring at this level covers a wide range of employers, from staffing agencies and media firms to technology vendors and professional services companies actively building out junior account teams.
Are there remote entry level account associate jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles still make up the majority at this experience level. About 37% of entry level account associate openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, giving candidates flexibility without limiting their options. Hybrid schedules are especially common at larger companies that want junior associates on-site for onboarding and client meetings.
Are these new grad account associate jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior account associate roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or part-time client work toward requirements, or accepts a portfolio in place of full-time history. Look for language like "no prior experience required" or "recent grads encouraged to apply" as strong signals.
Which industries hire the most entry level account associates?
Entry Level account associate roles concentrate in Insurance, Technology & Software, and Distribution & Wholesale, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors drive consistent hiring at the junior level because they manage large client portfolios and need associates who can handle day-to-day account coordination while more senior staff focus on strategy and growth.
