Position Summary/Objective: The primary focus of this position is to develop and nurture client relationships with the focus on renewing and growing season memberships for the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
1. Provide an exceptional level of customer service while educating and implementing member program activation for all assigned members.
2. Renew and grow the designated business portfolio within all assigned season ticket members.
3. Cold call, attend charity events and networking events, conduct professional meetings with potential prospects.
4. Grow current accounts by selling Premium Seating and Group Tickets.
5. Responsible for 60+ calls, 50+ emails, 5+ set/completed appointments, 5+ handwritten cards and at least 1 surprise & delight per week. Account Executive must also have contact with their clients every 60 days.
6. Generate new sales revenue by adding new clients to business portfolio.
7. Participate in the Timberwolves & Lynx on-going training programs.
8. Document all communications with clients in CRM.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
2. Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, manage multiple client contacts and projects, and drive business.
3. Able to interface with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication style according to the audience.
4. Ability to tactfully handle and resolve issues and follow up accordingly.
5. Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is preferred.
6. Knowledge of CRM is strongly preferred.
7. Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Ability to work well on a team and independently.
9. Ability to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.
Experience: Minimum one (1) years of Sales and Service experience preferred. Experience working in the business side of a professional, minor league or college team is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibility
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves & Lynx home games, member events and meetings, and networking events. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate to high levels of noise.

Benefits & Compensation:
Sales Compensation: The base salary range for this non-exempt role will be: $50,000 with the opportunity to earn bonus and commission. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
Benefits: Regular full-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, health saving accounts with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, and life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Additional benefits may include employer-paid short/long-term disability plans, generous fitness and well-being benefits, work-related reimbursements, and fully paid family/caregiver leave. Regular full-time employees start with 11 Holidays, at least 20 paid PTO days, 2 Volunteer days, and 4 Personal Holidays in each calendar year.
