Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist customers by responding promptly to inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping information.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support customer inquiries.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
