We are a fast growing Tax Firm seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our firm as a Junior Partner. The Junior Partner would invest into the firm and take on a book of business to manage. Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation with active licensure.
- Proven experience in public accounting or corporate finance roles with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts.
- Expertise in regulatory compliance accounting including SOX controls and governmental accounting standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial report writing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement interpretation, cash flow analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring team members and fostering professional development.
