- High school Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience related to work experience
- Demonstrated initiative and independent judgment in non-routine matters
- Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency with Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal, written (grammar) and time management skills
- Will need to have the ability to delegate task and work independently while being self-motivating
- Experience resolving conflict
- Specific experience in department and medical terminology
- Advanced secretarial courses
