- Your success requires strong technical skills coupled with ownership, collaboration, and empathy
About the team
The Channels team within PVA owns ad monetization for Prime Video's add-on subscription channels—building and operating systems for ad decisioning, insertion, and measurement across multiple international marketplaces. What makes this uniquely challenging is that no two partners are the same. Each brings bespoke technical requirements, proprietary ad stacks, and varying levels of ad tech maturity. Our quest is to find common patterns and build scalable, unified solutions that work for all partners while accommodating their individual needs. Strong program management bridges the gap between partner complexity and platform simplicity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Advertising Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a advertising job in Seattle?
Focus your search on Seattle's tech sector, which drives heavy demand for performance marketing and paid media roles, alongside retail brands and regional media companies. Agencies clustered in South Lake Union and Capitol Hill hire regularly across creative and account-side roles. Candidates who can show hands-on experience with digital campaign platforms and analytics tools tend to stand out in this market over those with broader generalist backgrounds.
Which companies hire advertisings in Seattle?
Seattle advertising roles are posted by Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and Wayfair and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local market includes a mix of global tech companies with in-house marketing teams, regional creative agencies, and retail brands running national advertising operations from Seattle.
Are there remote advertising jobs in Seattle?
Yes, though it depends on the role: strategic, analytical, and copywriting positions tend to be more remote-friendly, while production and account management roles often require in-person presence. About 50% of advertising openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting broader flexibility across the industry. Media planning and digital buying roles in particular have seen strong remote adoption among Seattle-area employers.
How can I get a advertising job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is through in-house marketing coordinator roles at the city's mid-size tech or retail companies, which often hire junior advertising staff and provide structured mentorship. Local agencies in the South Lake Union and Fremont areas also take on entry-level account or campaign support staff. Building a portfolio with freelance or student project work and demonstrating familiarity with platforms like Google Ads gives candidates a concrete edge over applicants without hands-on examples.
Which industries hire the most advertisings in Seattle?
Seattle advertising roles concentrate in E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, Retail, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Seattle's dense concentration of technology headquarters and major retail brands creates sustained demand for advertising professionals across both in-house teams and the agencies that serve them.
