Limitless Manufacturing Solutions (LMS) is a growing aerospace and aircraft machine shop in Titusville, FL. We make high-precision parts for space, defense and civilian applications.
We're hiring an experienced CNC Programmer to own Fusion 360 programming for our fleet of 10 CNC machines, including brand-new Haas mills and lathes with live tooling and multi-axis capability.
Programming is the core of this job, but you won't be stuck behind a screen. You'll work closely with our setup machinists and operators, prove out and refine your programs on the floor, and help shape how our shop runs as we grow.
What you'll do
Programming (primary focus)
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs in Fusion 360 for mills and lathes, including live tooling and multi-axis setups
- Design efficient toolpaths that balance cycle time, tool life, and part quality
- Prepare complete setup packages: tool lists, work offsets, fixturing instructions, and setup sheets
- Verify programs through simulation and support first article inspection
- Keep the LMS program library organized and revision-controlled so the floor always runs the latest version
Supporting production
- Work with production management to prioritize programming work, plan new jobs, and keep work flowing to the machines
- Mentor setup machinists and operators, and build programming and setup skills across the team
- Turn machinist feedback and production lessons into better programs and processes
Estimating and continuous improvement
- Support cost estimating with cycle time estimates, tooling and fixturing plans, and manufacturability input on RFQs
- Find ways to shorten cycle times, reduce setups, and improve throughput
Quality
- Work within our AS9100D quality system: documentation, traceability, revision control, and first article requirements
What you bring
Required
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience on mills and lathes
- Strong, hands-on Fusion 360 CAM skills
- Experience with live tooling and multi-axis programming and setups
- Experience in an AS9100D (or similar aerospace/defense) shop
- A track record of optimizing programs for cycle time and reliability
- A collaborative style and experience supporting machinists on the floor
- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Hands-on machining and setup experience
- Haas control experience
- Cost estimating or quoting experience
- Comfortable reading GD&T and using inspection equipment

- Pay: Starting at $80,000/year, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- Location: On-site in Titusville, FL
- Start date: ASAP - within the next few weeks preferred
