We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Structural Revit Drafter to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality structural drawings and BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. This is a full-time, in-office position from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit based on engineering markups and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Interpret structural design concepts and translate them into accurate documentation.
- Manage drawing revisions and updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain Revit families and templates in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of building systems.
- Support QA/QC processes by reviewing drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural drafting using Revit.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
