Membership Sales Director (MD)

If so, we want YOU to be our next Membership Sales Director! The Top 10% of MDs in our company average between $8,000-$10,000/per Month in total Earnings.

What We Are Looking For: As our Membership Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our membership sales department, combining your passion for fitness with your exceptional sales & marketing skills. You'll lead a team of 1-2 people setting and surpassing all sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment. The Membership Sales Director position is a critical role for the surrounding communities health and fitness! Our Membership Directors will work hand and hand with local businesses as well as our front desk and personal training teams to ensure a positive experience as they begin or continue their fitness journey with LA Fitness.

Day in the Life of an MD:

• Sales Leader - Be the example by personally generating 5+ membership tours while converting 3+ memberships daily
• Sales Trainer - Train, develop, and hold your sales team accountable to exceed all minimum sales requirements & club objectives
• Customer Service Concierge - Always have a clean, friendly, & well-maintained facility maintaining a Google rating of 4.0+

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness industry
• Passion for health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership experience with a positive and motivating approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Ability to work nights and weekends (typically Saturday mornings)

Membership Director

Pay Range:

• $15.00 per hour, plus net commissions & bonus, which realistically range from $4,500 to $7,000 per month. The Top 10% of our managers average earn between $8,000-$10,000/per month with excellent multi-unit advancement opportunities.

Assistant Membership Director

Pay Range:

• $9.50 per hour, plus net commissions & bonus, which realistically range from $3,000 to $4,500 per month. The Top 10% of our managers average earn between $5,000-$6,000/per month with excellent advancement opportunities.

• 9am-2pm/3pm-8pm Monday-Thursday
• 9am-2pm/3pm-7pm Friday
• 9am-1pm Saturday (if required)

AMD Shift:

• 11am-3pm/4pm-8pm Saturday & Sunday
• 12pm-3pm/4pm-9pm Monday & Tuesday
• 4pm-ppm Saturday Thursday

Ability to Commute:

• Locations near Dallas, TX 76209 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• DFW area: Relocate before starting work (Required)
