Position Overview
In this role, you’ll help bring the story of Faith to life through visuals, writing, digital
updates, and creative projects. It’s a hands-on opportunity to build your professional skills while contributing to a Christ-centered mission.
This position must maintain daily office hours approved by the Marketing and Communications Project Manager, and observe workdays as outlined in the staff handbook, except for events which will require an adjusted work schedule. A standard week will have 15-20 hours with possible overtime based upon event needs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing and Communications Project Manager with daily projects that include a variety of marketing and communication projects as assigned.
- Assist with website updates and edits (no advanced coding required)
- Upload and format content for news, events, and academic program pages
- Create PowerPoint slides for chapel, campus events, and announcements
- Help ensure content follows Faith’s brand and style guidelines
- Help prepare and print marketing materials, brochures, and signage
- Keep marketing materials organized and ready for campus use

Academic Qualifications
- At least 1 year previous employment experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
