Hunter Ford is looking for Experienced - Ford Certified (or Master) Technicians
Offering 40-70 hours/week of flat rate time - if the shop does not have work - we GUARANTEE your time.
If you are a Master or Senior Master Tech - this is a $100k to $150k Job. The ideal candidate will be a Ford Partially Certified (or Master) Technician. You need to have a thorough knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, be able to diagnose and repair complex problems, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing warranty or customer pay maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnosing and troubleshooting and repairing more complicated issues, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and safe manner. We want HAPPY customers!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Perform more complicated engine and transmission and electrical repairs as able
- Inspect vehicles for safety issues and malfunctions - MPIs are required.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and diagnose vehicle problems.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
