What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and general automotive repairs
- Troubleshoot vehicle concerns using diagnostic equipment and established repair procedures
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings clearly
- Follow shop procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and repair capabilities
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- B-level automotive technician experience or comparable hands-on repair skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience performing general automotive maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to completing repairs correctly
- Willingness to learn new technologies, pursue additional certifications, and advance professionally
- Dependable work habits and a positive, team-oriented attitude
