After lunch, you complete a scheduled PM on a CNC mill, coordinate parts for a weekend equipment move, and support facilities with a quick HVAC check. You finish by logging your work, requisitioning supplies, and sharing insights with a team that values innovation and safety.
Role impact
- Maximize uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs, PLC‑controlled equipment, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute repairs
- Disassemble, repair or replace components, reassemble, and verify operation; perform basic fabrication/assembly as needed
- Maintain building systems: heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical
- Complete wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to support production continuity
- Assist with equipment installations and relocations; requisition parts and supplies
- Handle hazardous materials properly; adhere strictly to lockout/tagout procedures
What you’ll need to succeed
- Two‑year technical degree and five years of related experience, or equivalent education/experience mix
- Ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics
- Demonstrated strength in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostics
- Competent with basic math
- Proactive mindset, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to safety
