STV is seeking an organized and outgoing Technical Project Assistant – Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Chicago, IL. This position will be fully on site at our client site in Chicago.
Job Responsibilities include:
Office Operations & Facilities
- Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies)
- Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team
- Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts
- Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth
Technical Assistance
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Report to and coordinate with the ORD Next team
- Coordinate Program Management Team (PMT) ORD leadership schedules
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, including ordering meals when necessary
- Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates, reminders, and scheduling information
Required Experience:
- 8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Client-focused and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass a federal background check

Compensation Range:
