- Coordinate with maintenance and repair providers to help ensure timely turnaround and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and service providers to resolve repair-related issues
- Track open repair orders and follow up proactively on outstanding items
- Provide customers with accurate and timely order-status updates
- Respond professionally to customer and vendor inquiries by phone and email
- Obtain and review pricing, quotes, lead times, and other information from multiple sources
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documented in company systems
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with managers and coworkers to share information and support team goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
