- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of Leadership experience including manager and team lead AND
- 8 years of Direct private banking lending experience through personal production or a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of Private Banking and bank financial products and services, including applicable laws and regulations
- Advanced sales skills to lead business development activities within Private Banking
- Experience working with affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
- Experience in recognizing and handling troubled loans and problem customers
- Demonstrated experience with sales strategy and sales process development
- Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with community, customers, employees, and administrative staff
- Preferably commercial lending banking experience or related work experience
