We are currently looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a middle schoolstudent who faces behavioral challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on a student’s educational experience while working with a compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavioral interventions and strategies based on the student’s needs.
- Work closely with the student to promote academic success and social development.
- Monitor and document the student's progress and behaviors.
- Provide support during classroom activities and ensure positive behavior management.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to create a consistent approach.
- Utilize ABA techniques to promote positive behavior and skill development.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PTO Accrued: Paid Time Off that can be used for school vacations and holidays.
- Additional Hours Available: You can also take on home care hours after school, weekends, and during school vacations for additional flexibility and income.

- Required: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
