Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate order processing across warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer needs, while supporting the invoicing process.
· Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails regarding order status/issues, damage/shipping claims, and general questions.
· Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on urgent or delayed orders. Investigate shipment tracking issues and coordinate resolutions.
· Handle freight/merchandise claims with common carriers (such as FedEx, UPS) and track the claim status.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different regions to establish and maintain customer relationships. Continuously provide high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.
· Manage relationships with third-party logistics, transportation, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is required to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients.
· Good interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and vendors
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel data analysis skills preferred.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Time-management skills to respond to customer/vendor inquiries and issues promptly
· Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer awareness.
