Job Overview
A Kansas City golf management company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid position offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to complete a portion of the work remotely.
We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently while helping maintain accurate financial records for a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Maintain vendor records and process vendor payments
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end bookkeeping and reporting
- Support general accounting and administrative functions
- Payroll administration may be added based on experience and qualifications
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred
