Job Overview

A Kansas City golf management company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid position offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to complete a portion of the work remotely.

We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently while helping maintain accurate financial records for a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Maintain vendor records and process vendor payments
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Assist with month-end bookkeeping and reporting
• Support general accounting and administrative functions
• Payroll administration may be added based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred
