As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the monthly close process, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable while driving operational efficiencies and strengthening internal controls. - Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions
- Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support accounting operations
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure audit readiness
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining day-to-day accounting operations
- Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business growth
- Mentor and develop accounting team members
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license in good standing
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading the monthly close process
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience improving accounting systems and business processes
